SUNN Swimming will offer two summer programs this year.  A Competitive Swim Team and a Non-Competitive Swim Camp. You will register through SUNN Swimming for the Competitive Swim Team and the City of Sunnyvale for the Non-Competitive Swim Camp

Unlock Your Full Potential in the Water!

Ready to take the plunge from recreational swimming to the next level? This swim camp, hosted by the Sunnyvale Swim Club, is engineered for the non-competitive swimmer who dreams of joining a swim team.  

  • Learn the 'Why' Behind the Stroke: It's not just about moving your arms and legs. We teach you the competitive principles for all four strokes, so you understand how to swim efficiently and why specific techniques are used.
  • Laser-focus on refining body position, perfecting breath control, and developing a strong kick and smooth strokes.

Prerequisite to join the camp: This swim camp is ideal for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and can confidently swim at least 25 yards (one length of a standard pool) using one recognized swim stroke.

  • Details:  Monday - Friday - 9am to 12pm
  • Dates:  June 15, 2026 through July 31, 2026
  • Ages:  5 - 12 year olds

Competitive Summer Swim Team

Information Coming Soon.

This will be a summer swim team experience for elementary and middle schoolers where they will learn about the four competitive swim strokes and how to use them in competition at swim meets with other local swim clubs.  This is a great opportunity to see what being on a swim team is like.
